Morton Real Estate shows only a portion of the Maine IDX properties, as define below:

1. We show all properties (single residence, multifamily, land and commercial) available through the Maine IDX state-wide data system that are included approximately on the map shown here. The specific bounds used are:

• Between latitude 43.678053 and 44.103365
• Between longitude -70.333614 and -69.492645

Note that locations are those of the town associated with the property, and not of the actual property itself. Locations are approximate.

2. We show some of the properties outside of the bounds of #1 if they meet the following criteria:

• For land-only properties, $350,000 or larger.
• For all other properties, $500,000 or larger.

Note that Morton will show all featured properties, regardless of location or selling price.
