About Kathy Wyman
Experience – Knowledge – Trust
I LOVE REAL ESTATE! To me, real estate is a “people business” and I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.
I’ve worked in mid-coast Maine real estate for 22 years through the ups and downs of many changing markets over time. I’ve guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through the exciting, sometimes challenging and always interesting process of buying or selling their home.
I have the experience, knowledge and energy needed to move you to the successful outcome you are seeking. William Raveis is the leader in bringing state-of-the-art tools to real estate and allows me to employ the latest technology for my clients. William Raveis is a real estate company that does things right. Rooted in a foundation of family values, William Raveis brings a breath of fresh air to real estate.
I work with buyers and sellers in Bath, Brunswick, Topsham, Durham, Westport, Woolwich, Wiscasset, Lisbon, Harpswell, Phippsburg and many other areas along the mid-coast.
I look forward to meeting you!
More about me if you’d like:
I value the notion of finding that place that speaks to you and feels like home. I absolutely love living in Maine. It truly is the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. It’s the rocky coastline, the small towns, the harbors with fishing boats, the winters that can be exhausting and the bright summer skies and cool summer nights. It’s the authenticity of the people and this place, that is unlike anywhere else. It is reflected in our welcoming communities and that uniquely Maine independence.
From our mid-coast I can drive 15 minutes and be on a beach, 35 minutes to a performance, sporting event, or the jetport in Portland, or a little more than an hour to the mountains. Even a trip into Boston is only 2 hours away. Maine offers the comfort of small towns, yet I’ve met people from all over the world who are visiting or have moved here. For me, it’s the perfect place to live.
You can often find me at the South End Dog Park just off Washington St. on the river in Bath – or hiking with dogs at Thorne Head Trails in Bath’s North End where the Kennebec River meets Merrymeeting Bay. I enjoy working out at our wonderful Bath YMCA. At home I am often in my art studio where I draw, paint and make jewelry.
New England Roots
I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts. After attending college in New Hampshire, I found my way to Maine and landed in the Damariscotta area in 1987. I spent a few years owning and operating a small store in Wiscasset. I obtained my real estate license in 1994 and soon owned and operated my own real estate firm.
My children were babies when I first moved to Maine. As they grew we spent summers boating in the Damariscotta River, John’s Bay and exploring islands along the coast.
After moving to Bath I joined William Raveis Real Estate. In the heart of the midcoast, Bath is a fun, friendly, ‘not too big’, small city anchored by Bath Iron Works and the shipbuilding industry. I enjoy working in downtown Bath right on Front St. It’s a friendly and vibrant downtown with the waterfront park right out-side my door, great restaurants, Maine Maritime Museum, year-round farmer’s market, and plenty to do.
I look forward to meeting you!
