About Nancy Carleton
From Colorado to Maine, I chose to relocate after a scenic drive down Route 1 and a stop for coffee in Bath. Just a few months later, I purchased a home in Bath’s historic district and have continued the legacy of caring for these centuries old dwellings.
I have over fifteen years experience in mentoring individuals and families through major life transitions. A published author and experienced communicator, I listen well, communicate clearly, and understand how availability makes all the difference when working toward a common goal.
Having bought, renovated and sold real estate across the country in various markets, real estate has changed my life-offering a place to call home for my five kids, and financial stability for my future. As a result, I have immense respect how real estate investment impacts the lives of my clients.
I serve as a board member for Habitat for Humanity 7 Rivers and appreciate the opportunity to keep affordable housing as a frontline conversation in the Midcoast region.

My children keep me involved in various activities and sports. The town of Bath has been an incredible place to meet people and get involved. Currently, I serve on the board of Habitat 7 Rivers and volunteer in the area schools when possible.
